Services

Assessment

We conduct standardized assessment for children with special needs by a group of three therapists before enrolling them to any one of our programs. A quarterly assessment is also conducted every three months to each child enrolled in our programs to measure prognosis and to plan educational and therapeutic programs accordingly.

One-on-One Therapy
One-on-One Therapy is conducted to a child with special needs by a therapist on a one to one set up. The therapy types are:

Occupational Therapy
Sensory Integration Therapy
Speech Therapy
Behavioral Therapy
The most appropriate therapy type, length and frequency of sessions are determined by the compulsory initial assessment by a group of three therapists. One-on-One Therapies give the opportunity for parents to see the therapies being conducted so that they acquire practical knowledge on how to train their children.

Special Education

Our Special Education Class program provides a combination of one-on-one therapies and group activities. There are trainings in: academics, arts and crafts, life skills and social skills by a group of professionals. Our daily reports to parents would help to follow the program at home as well.

Occupational Therapy
We provide One-on-One Occupational Therapy to children diagnosed with: Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation, Down Syndrome, Developmental Delay, Developmental Co-ordination and Balance Disorder, Learning Disability, etc.

Sensory Integration Therapy (SI)
Sensory integration therapy is based on the assumption that the child is either over stimulated or under stimulated by the environment. Therefore; the aim of sensory integration therapy is to improve the ability of the brain to process sensory information so that the child will function better in his daily activities. The goal of Sensory Integration Therapy is to train the brain to automatically respond correctly to sensory input.

Speech & Language Therapy
Speech and language therapy is concerned with the management of disorders of speech, language, and communication in children and adults.

Our Speech and Language Therapy services are given using modern assistive technologies and latest practices. Under this program we conduct the following:

Speech and Language Assessment
Individual Therapy
Group Therapy (if required) to help the children interact and play with each other
Parents or caregivers training and consultation

Behavioral Therapy
Behavioral Therapy is a strategy to help correct a child's behavior by focusing on changing undesirable behaviors like tantrums, aggression, self-injury. The child's progress is achieved with the use of specialized teaching techniques which focuses on developing appropriate behaviors which in turn diminishes the inappropriate behaviors.

Our Behavioral Therapy strategies are primarily based on the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). ABA is based on the premise that appropriate behavior - including speech, academics and life skills - can be taught using scientific principles such as: Discrete Trial Instruction, Applied Verbal Behavior, and Joint attention. We always strive to update our techniques with the latest and acceptable international standards.
