DESCRIPTION
Noble International School, managed by Noble Indian Educational Society (NIES) founded in 2007, recognized by Embassy of India, Qatar, is an e_ort to provide quality Indian curriculum in Qatar. School started functioning as Noble Indian kindergarten and growing with great momentum to its master plan of a senior secondary school which will be unique in its methodology and facility. It continues to follow the founders’ vision of providing challenging education for students of Indian and other similar communities in Qatar.

Admission Procedures
Eligibility:
Admission will be open to Indian students and other nationalities if they are interested to school with CBSE Curriculum. All admissions will be subjected to the discretion of the school authorities and the Supreme Education Council, State of Qatar. Students on transfer from a recognized English Medium School affiliated to the CBSE will be admitted on the strength of their Transfer Certificates and other documents provided they have 75% attendance by the end of the Academic year, when the number of days already attended and the days likely to be attended in this school are combined. However, admission to Std. 1 will be made at the discretion of the Principal.
Notification:
School will notify the available nature of intake through local news papers and the school’s website in the month of December. Admission in Grade 1 will be to the available seats after accommodating children who complete Kindergarten successfully in Noble Indian Kindergarten subject to discretion of Supreme Education Council. Admission to the remaining primary grades will be given on the basis of merit considering all applications submitted within the prescribed date. Interim admissions will be restricted to children who recently changed residence to Doha and are coming from schools with equivalent curriculum standards.
Application:
Application form along with the prospectus can be obtained from the school office during the working hours on payment of a prescribed registration fee and to be submitted to the office after furnishing essential details on or before 28th February. Applications for advanced admissions and interim admissions can be submitted only after submitting admission request form and subsequent consent from the office. Applications without essential details may be rejected without further notice to the applicant. Children may start school by the beginning of the term after their sixth birthday. A parent may defer a child’s entry to the school on condition that seats are available at the time of the entry. Parents may discuss this with the Principal. Unless there are significant and material changes in the circumstances of a parent’s application for their child or the school, a repeat application in the same academic year will not be considered. Applications received after the closing date will only be considered alongside those received by the closing date under the following
circumstances:
1. The family was unable to complete an application form before the closing date because they moved into the school’s area after the issue of application forms.
OR
2. The family was unable to comply with the admissions timetable because of exceptional circumstances which prevented the application from arriving on time -the circumstances must be given in writing and attached to the Application Form. Applications received after the notification date (after places are offered) will be added to the school’s waiting list in admission criteria order. Waiting lists for admission will remain open until the end of the academic year and will then be discarded.
Admission test:
Students who come from other schools will be admitted only on the basis of their performance in the admission test, which tests English proficiency, mathematical skills and basic knowledge in other important subjects, and the availability of seats. Note: Admission to classes II onwards will be given only on the strength of a proper Transfer Certificate from a recognized institution.
Admission:
If the student qualifies in the prescribed admission test the procedure can be completed submitting necessary documents and paying the prescribed fees.
List of documents to be submitted:
1. Filled in application form
2. Copy of Birth certificate for admission to Class I and original Transfer Certificate from competent schoolauthorities for admissions to other Classes.
3. Passport copy of Student and both parents.
4. Resident Permit copy of Student and both parents.
5. Copy of vaccination card of the student.
6. Report card and academic profile from the previous school if available.
7. Copy of Health Card/ Insurance Card
8. Photograph of the student.
9. Location map of residence if transport facility is required.
Re-admission:
In case parents seek re-admission, a prescribed re-admission fee will be levied with late fee and other dues to the date. A separate application form is to be submitted for re-admission and re-admission will be subject to availability of seats.

6. Get textbooks and notebooks from the Book Store
